EDX Racing Team Pre-Season Testing Weekend

Pre-season testing weekends are where the real work begins. No trophies, no podiums — just long hours, honest feedback, and the kind of focus that sets the tone for an entire year. This weekend, EDX Racing Team rolled into our test with one goal: get everything dialed before Race 1 next weekend.

The weather cooperated in the best way possible — dry track all day — but it definitely reminded us it’s still early season. Cold air, cold asphalt, and no shortcuts. That’s the kind of condition that forces you to be precise, and we loved it.

There’s a special kind of momentum that comes from seeing new equipment come to life. The first time it fires up, the first clean run down the straight, the first round of adjustments that actually move the needle — that’s what this weekend was about.

We had a great driver lineup on track, and it was a productive, high-quality weekend from start to finish.

Each driver brought clear feedback and a serious work ethic. That’s what makes testing valuable — not just speed, but the ability to communicate what the kart is doing, what it needs, and how it evolves as conditions change.

Testing is never about being “perfect.” It’s about being prepared — and we’re leaving this weekend confident in our direction. We’ve got a solid baseline, the equipment is coming together exactly the way it should, and the team is locked in. Race 1 is next weekend, and we’re excited to get the season started the right way.
To everyone supporting EDX — thank you. The off-season work, the late nights, the planning, the prep… it all leads to moments like this.
