We couldn’t have asked for a better day at Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit.
With the weather holding strong and the sun out all day, the EDX crew got exactly what we came for: clean laps, meaningful data, and the kind of track time that reminds you why we do this in the first place.
What we tested
This session was all about seat time and validation across a few very different machines:
EDX Ligier F4 — continuing our development work and dialing in the car with focused, high-quality laps
Audi RS3 LMS — generously provided by the GAIN Group, giving us the chance to run a proper touring car platform in a controlled testing environment
Lotus Emira — with guest drivers joining us for test sessions and an unforgettable on-track experience
How the day went
Simply put: everything worked perfectly.
No drama, no surprises—just a smooth, productive day where the cars performed exactly as they should, and everyone walked away smiling (and wanting more laps).
