Is your child aged 10 to 15 and dreaming of becoming a motorsports champion? Join us for an unforgettable 4-day summer camp at the Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit (VIMC)! Designed for aspiring young drivers, this camp dives into all aspects of motorsports. From basic driving dynamics to mental preparation, fitness, racecraft, and even mechanical skills, we’ll guide them step by step. Each day is packed with hands-on coaching, driving drills, and thrilling race events. Beyond the track, we keep the fun rolling! Kids will enjoy swimming in local lakes, rock climbing, and other exciting activities that keep energy high and spirits soaring.

Event Agenda:
After drop-off on Monday, the kids will spend their first day meeting their coaches, trying out the go-karts for the first time, and getting fitted for safety gear. We’ll walk them through essential driving safety to ensure everyone feels confident on track. In the afternoon, we’ll cool off with a swim, explore the housing, and wind down with a fun movie night.
On Tuesday, we’ll return to the track for their first real on-track sessions in a more competitive environment. We’ll introduce racing drills, teaching them how to pass, how to start races, and key race strategies. Plus, we’ll integrate health and fitness coaching, helping them understand the conditioning needed to stay sharp and perform at their best. Each day builds a strong foundation for their motorsports journey!
On Wednesday, now that the kids have a solid foundation, we’ll dive into mindset training. They’ll participate in a seminar on driver mindset—cultivating positive thinking, viewing setbacks as growth, and fostering a growth mindset in all areas of life. We’ll put these lessons into practice with their first set of qualifying rounds and races, placing them in a real competitive environment. After a day of racing and mindset growth, we’ll head back to the pool for some fun and a movie night.
On Thursday, we’ll treat the day like an F1 weekend. We’ll begin with mock press conferences, giving each child a taste of media attention, followed by their first practice, sprint qualifying, sprint race, and final race—just like a pro F1 event! This is a special chance for them to see what professional racing feels like. In the afternoon, we’ll celebrate with award ceremonies, photo ops, and driver interviews. Parents are invited to join and cheer on their young racers in the final race.
Final Notes:
For those on the mainland, we do offer a ferry pickup if you'd like, but it is not required you can drop off directly. For those on Vancouver Island, you’re welcome to drop off and pick up at the track. Transport between housing, the track, and all meals is included. Please note that any photos, videos, or media will not be shared publicly without parental consent. At the end of the camp, each parent will receive a package with photos, videos, and test results from the seminars.

Pricing:
For the full camp including coaches, technicians, housing, food, kart rentals, gear rentals, swimming, rock climbing, transportation, and all activities the price per child is $4,989.

For any participants who choose to pursue racing after this camp, you will be invited to apply for our 2027 racing team, and a $499 credit will be applied toward your membership fee if accepted onto the team.

Scholarship Program:
For drivers who we feel strongly excel during the program, scholarships ranging from $499 up to $2,999 may be awarded toward joining our 2027 racing team or purchasing their own kart and joining the EDX Racing program.
